Meeting called to order at 6:02 pm.

• Pledge of Allegiance was said.
• President welcomed all the new faces at the meeting.

 
Secretary Report~Mary

• March minutes were read. 
• Motion to accept report made by Ted and seconded by Gnu.  It passed by oral vote.

 
Treasurers Report~Todd

• General account:  $
• Gambling account:  $
• Todd had no new amounts for either gambling or general accounts.  Motion to accept report made by Ted and seconded by Charlene.

 
President report~Hives

• He talked about tickets for the State Rally.  

 
Vice President report~Damon

• He thanked everyone for the nomination of Vice President.  He also talked about ABATE U and the meetings for new officers.

State Rep~Mike

• He talked about  the Motorcycle Rider Foundation, ABATE U products, the Pack selling T-shirts, biker Day in Washington, D.C., and Mike Reba. 
  
• We discussed selling bike tickets for the State Rally being that we aren't having our own raffle this year.  People who attended Biker Day at the Capitol will receive pins. 
  
• We are to check into expired memberships and try to get them back in the Chapter.

 
Government Relations Liaison~Derek

Gambling~Kinger

• He said there are ABATE U raffle tickets that need to be sold.

 
Public Relations/Historian~Mary

• Scrapbook has been updated for March.  She stated to take note of Val's article in the April Road Noise.

 
Events Committee~Jory

Old Business~

• Members were asking about our new T-shirts. 
  
• We talked about the Blizzard Bash that was held in February in Brooten.

 
New Business~

• We talked again about raffling off the bike for the State Rally.  It was agreed upon by all that this is something we should do.

 
Open Discussion~

• We talked about going to the Freedom First Fund raiser since they attended our Blizzard Bash.  It is Saturday, April 10th, at the Carlos Creek Winery in Alex.  Many are planning on attending.
