Motion to accept treasurers report was made by Mark and seconded by Charlie and passed by oral vote.

Thank you for all the members who showed up to make Old St. Nick Day run SMOOTH!

Vice President’s report~

Another Thanks to All for your help today. We had a great turn out
there were 109 pictures taken with Old St. Nick
ther were 125 people who enjoyed the sleigh ride.
Can we take our bills from today out of our gambling monies? Ask Kim

State Reps Report~ Deano

District meeting will be next saturday at "The Hunt" in Montivideo
Workman has quit being our Lobbiest "not good"
Deano will not be taking nominations for State Rep this year.

Government Relations Liaison~ Derek

BIKER DAY_ remember to sign up to be there! Will have to wait for the bus schedules.
January 16 in Morris Caucus Training Session try to be there!

t-shirt designs- are there gonna be more to choose from?
fund raiser-Blizzard Bash
Motion was made by Derek to have the Blizzard Bash fund raiser on the 27th of Feb
spoon seconded it and passed by oral vote.
Motion was made by Mary to have Smurf Kings Band play for the Blizzard Bash, motion was seconded by Gnu and passed by oral vote.
Gnu and Shiela will check with the caddy shack in Brooten for availability
Brooten is pending

New Business~

Do we want Old St. Nicholas Day the first saturday in December 2010?
A motion was made to have Old St. Nick day again next year was made by Spoon and seconded by Geri and passed by oral vote.
Howies (St. Nick) will be able to do it again 2010.
Horses and sleigh for 2010 are pending.
Send Ron Kittleson (Way West) a get well card.
