Old Business:

• The wash out was a success. Thanks for all who came to help spread the word.
• transfer of 30 Buddy Bears to Freedom First Riders
• Val made a motion to transfer 30 Buddy Bears to Freedom First from Glacial Ridge (gambling account to gambling account) Robert seconded and was passed by oral vote.
•  Val made a motion to pay for our Raffle prizes this monthand was seconded by Pete and passed by oral vote.

New Business~

• MRF Renewal
• Pete made a motion to renew our MRF membership and Ted seconded it and was passed by oral vote.
• Tent for the State Rally (2 sided)
• Motion was made by Rod to put in our rental order for the tent for the State Rally and was seconded by Gnu and was passed by oral vote.
• Becky has the Glacial Ridge pins now that were retrieved from Chuckles.  they are $3 each or 2 for 5
• Kensington Parade
• June 27 is the LTD ride in Monti
• June 20th ride for Diabetes

Open Discussion~

• For the LTD Ride we donated $500.00
• Look into getting the big cardboard checks
• Posters and tear-offs for the State Rally
• July 18 Benson Hospice Ride (already donated)
• at the park at noon.
• June 12 Ronald McDonald Ride in New York Mills
• Kinger sent a card around for everyone to sign
• New t-shirts for our GR products- come up with a saying for the backs.
• Pete announced that he is a certified D.D  please call him if you have had a few to many drinks and need a ride.- ThanK you Pete!

Next meeting will be Sat, Aug 1, 2009 6:00pm at Rooneys in Sedan.
