Saturday February 2nd 2008, 6pm at Rooney's in Sedan

Secretaries report read by Spoon. 
  • Motion to accept made by Mark, seconded by Becky, and passed by oral vote.  
Treasurers Report~ Todd:

  • ~Recieved information on Buddy Bears~ We still have lots left over from last year. 
  • ~Recieved ABATE U chapter challenge forms.  
  • Motion to accept treasurer's report made by Mark, seconded by Derek, and passed by oral vote.  

State Reps Report~ Chuckles: (Deano is giving report for Chuckles)
  • ~BOD highlights:     
  • *New education DVD for Sharing the Road program.     
  • *Please send in money for ABATE U raffle tickets as you go.     
  • *Advaced state rally ticket prices will be teired as follows:         
    • -$30 until the Friday of ABATE U        
    • -$35 until July BOD         
    • -$45 after July BOD  

Vice Presidents Report~ Rodney:
  • ~Get out and sell the ABATE U raffle tickets
  • ~For our raffle we are going with the mini 4 wheeler~everything has to be paid BY the raffle.
  • ~Val made a motion to pay for the mini 4 wheeler as soon as invoice is recieved, seconded by Trini, and passed by oral vote.
 
Government Relations Liaison~ Pete Wlazlak:

Public Relations/Historian~Stephanie:
