Secretaries report read by Stephanie Mickle. Motion to accept made by Mark, seconded by Trini, and passed by oral vote.

~Money is now out of account for state rally tent rental.

Motion to accept treasurer's report made by Trini, seconded by Damon, and passed by oral vote.

State Reps Report~ Chuckles:

~Biker Day at the Capitol will be February 22nd. More information to follow.

~Helmet Laws are still being pushed, please contact you representatives.

~Hives Has tickets for ABATE U Bike raffle.

~State Rally is under "gentleman's contract" for another 2 years.

Vice Presidents Report~ Rodney:

~Thank you for thoughts and gift after fathers death.

~Anyone that has a felony conviction can't own a dog over 20 pounds is under legislation.

~Went over delegation of responsibilities

Old Business:

~MRF~ Todd passed out a survey about advertising in the MRF publication. Discussion.

New Business:

~We spent about $300 on alcohol for last years Christmas party.

~Trini made a motion to budget $350 for this years Christmas Party, seconded by Robert, and passed by oral vote.

~Pot Luck food sign up.

~Chuckles did reserve hospitality suite for ABATE U. Room is reserved for 2 nights.

~Trini made a motion to keep the hospitality room for both nights, seconded by Pete, and passed by oral vote.

~Pass hat for hospitality suite.

~Motion to adjourn made by Damon, seconded by Trini, and passed by oral vote.
