Secretaries report read by Spoon. Motion to accept made by Becky, seconded by Jim, and passed by oral vote.

~Letter from the MRF stating that they will now be printing advertisements in their publication.

State Reps Report~ Chuckles:
~Highlights from Roadnoise, pages 7 and 37.
~Bikerday at the capitol will likely be in January or March but everything is still in the works.
~Kingers dad passed away. Motion made by Tanya to donate $50 to family with Hives making the decision of what the money will go towards, seconded by Mark, and passed by oral vote.

Old Business:
~Jim made a motion to pay for cost of and processing of beef and hog for our raffle, seconded by Warren, and passed by oral vote.
~Membership is dropping... get out and sign people up.
~Thank You card from Warren and Jan Lee for our donation to them to help in their efforts to get back into a house.

New Business:
~Old Fashioned St. Nicholas~ December 1st: Howie is secured as St. Nicholas. We pay for suit materials and construction, we keep suit for 3 years and then give it to Howie. Treats of popcorn balls, peanuts, apples, and candy canes.
~Jim made a motion to allocate $500 to Old Fashioned St. Nicholas party, seconded by Mark, and passed by oral vote.
~We need 6 people to help at Rooney's the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Need security for Billy Dee.

~Shannon: MN Nice~ care packages for soldiers are in need of old cell phones to recycle. They get money back from them.
~We sold 1199 tickets for our raffle.
