Meeting called to order at 6:04pm

Handed out checks to

Courage Cottage,
Holloway Fire Departmant,
Hancock first responders and
Hoffman first responders.

Terri Anderson and Gary Wold from Pope County Hospice spoke.

~Motion to donate $500 to Pope County Hospice was made at last meeting by Kurt Vanluik, and seconded by Craig, and was tabled until this meeting. Motion passed by oral vote.

Secretaries report read by Spoon.

Motion to accept made by Mark, seconded by Tanya, and passed by oral vote.

Treasurers Report~ Todd:

Gambling account: $ as of March 31st

State Reps Report~ Chuckles:

~Rodney had posters for our raffle.

Public Relations/Historian~ Vonnie:

~Scrap Books are updated and here.
~Still need to get buddy bear pics to local newspapers.

Patriot Guard Update by Vince

Events Committee~Craig:

~Hospice run will be June 16th we will me at Rooney's and leave at 11am to ride together.
~Hillman will be next weekend we will meet in Sauk Centre at 1pm to ride together.
~Toy Run out of Willmar will be June 10th.
~LTD Run will be June 23rd and we will meet at the Benson Burger King parking lot at 8:30am to ride together.

Website~ Warren:

~Website is still there and rocks.

Old Business:

~3x5 flag~ we have one here to look at the price will vary depending on how many we order. sent sign up sheet around.
~Lowry Days~ We have no info yet it is at the end of August so there is plenty of time to figure things out.
~Cancer run~July 14th and will be $15 per BIKE
Johns Benefit will be August 4th.
~Not enough people signed up to do security for Hillman thus we will not be doing it, and that negates the $250 we had set aside to donate to John.

New Business:

~A motion is made by Boyd to give Rodney $200 in gas money for all his efforts in selling tickets, seconded by Vonnie, and passed by oral vote.

Open Discussion:

~Vince has a POW/MIA flag if there is anyone who wants it.
~Boyd will be acting president at the next meeting.

~Motion to adjourn made by Becky, seconded by Mark, and passed by oral vote.
