- ~We recieved a letter to order more buddy bears for the year.
- ~The prizes for our raffle tickets will be as follows:
- 1st-1/2 beef
- 2nd-1/4 beef

- 4th - diamond earrings
- 5th-1/2 hog
- 6th-1/2 hog
- Motion to accept prizes made by Mark, seconded by Red, and passed by oral vote.
- Motion to accept Treasurers report made by Boyd, seconded by Snap, and passed by oral vote.

- Thank you to all who attended biker day at the capitol.
- MRF News- Todd Riba needs some help.
- Please get out and round up some state rally sponsors.
- ABATE U bike raffle tickets need to be turned into by April 15th.
- ABATE U chapter challenge:
- Vonnie made a motion for $111.11, seconded by Boyd, and passed by oral vote.
- Buffalo Ridge Chili Feed is Feb 17th we have 2 tickets available.

- Mark made a motion to purchase 150 more buddy bears, seconded by Boyd, and passed by oral vote.
- $250 donation for Ryan was tabled (Original motion read by Spoon) and passed by oral vote.
Open Discussion:
- Benefit for Margret and Larry Hubbard in Elbow Lake.
- Nikki made a motion to donate $100 to Larry and Margret, seconded by Boyd, Robert makes an amendment to donate $300, Nikki accepts amendment, and passed by oral vote.
- Motion to adjourn made by Nikki, seconded by Tanya, and passed by oral vote.
