State Reps
Report~ Chuckles:
- ~Read highlights from NHTSA Report
- ~We need someone to take care of meal accomadations for ABATE U along with someone to do the auction.
- ~There are some boxes with materials promoting Dial-A-Ride. Please take one and give it to a local bar.
Vice
Presidents Report~ Rodney:
- ~There will be a ride called the LTD Memorail Ride and is in memory of 3 local soldiers killed in Iraq, Jesse Lhotka, Jason Timmerman, and David Day.
Government
Relations Liason~ Steve:
- ~Please contact legislators and urge them not to pass helmet laws but rather put more money into education of all motorists and motorcyclists.
Public
Relations/Historian~ Vonnie:
- ~Thank you for help with bicycle rodeo.
Events
Committee~Spoon:
- ~Call from Gabby with Lake Chapter- Diabetes Run on July 22 there will be a bike rodeo in the Camp Ripley area.
Website~
Warren:
- ~Things are looking great but we need more pics to add to website.
Old Business:
- ~Boyd did not get ahold of paul about the tent.
- ~Steve made a motion to rent a tent for state rally, seconded by Becky, and passed by oral vote.

- ~Drawing for state rally tickets:

- ~Warren made a motion to reimburse Val and Chuckles for mileage for district meetings and BOD meetings. They get reimburement from the state.
New Business:
- ~We need people to help with front gate at Rumble to Revy's.
Open Discussion:
- ~Hollywood will be playing here at Rooney's after the next meeting.
- ~August 26 is the Lowry street dance and they would like to have 8 people to help them out.
- ~Becky thanked everyone in attendance at her and Boyd's wedding.
