Meeting called to order at 6:05pm.

State Reps
Report~Chuckles:
- Please turn in money or left over raffle tickets for ABATE U.
- Road Noise would like contributions to the Veterans pics, Business of the Month, or Bike of the Month.
- Please take a look at the article on emissions and the EPA on page 29 of the Road Noise.
- The Minnesota state trooper charged with failure to yeild in the death of a biker was fined $575 and sentanced to 30 days suspended jail time.
- Trifolds are available.
- Pass the hat for ABATE U hospitality suite.

Report~ Kinger:
- Brought in mini bikes to show.
Government
Relations/Legislative Report~Steve:
- Thank you to all who attended Biker Day at the Capitol
- Recieved letter from someone calling themselves "ABATE DEFENDER" concerning Brett Donahue. This is really a non issue due to the fact that it just trying to take words out of context but this letter has been widely circulated in ABATE.
Public Relations~
Vonnie:
- Should we go digital?
- Motion made by Boyd to purchase a camera for chapter use, amendment made by Steve to cap purchase at $200, seconded by Trevor, and passed by oral vote.
Event Committee:
- Waywest chapter is having a Memorial weekend event south of Montevideo.
New Business:
- Trevor will check with Paul Jennen about using his tent for state rally again this year.
- If you would like to write a letter to your representative there are templates at www.motorcyclesafety.org.
- Rooneys has proposed we get a sign to put above the pool tables about Rooney's being the home of Glacial Ridge. Todd will check on sign options and cost.
Old business:
- Deano called Revy and has to call again but should have more information at next meeting.
- Warren is working on the website to clean it up and get it in working order.
Open Discussion:
- Monkey Joe will be holding Monkey Bash in Mannannah on August 19th.
- There will be a benefit for Wingnut on May 20th.
- Kurt made a motion to donate $200 out of our general account to Wingnut, seconded by Chuckles, and passed by oral vote.
Vonnie made a motion to adjourn, seconded by
Denise, and passed by oral vote.
