New Business:
  • It's time once again to make our first responder donations.  If you have a fire department or first responders you would like to see with a donation please get the 5013C number so we can compile a list.
  • Warren would love the opportunity to take over our chapter website and put some work into it to spice it up and expand it.  Tanya made a motion to hand over the website reins to Warren, seconded by Joey, and passed by oral vote.  Warren will contact Charlie and get information and make necessary arrangements.
  • We are going to be having our Christmas Party on December 3rd following our regular meeting.  Tony and Sandy cleared us to have a potluck in back and Mark has volunteered to keep us dancing all night.
  • Due to lack of interest in Blizzard Bash shirts we won't be ordering any for 2006 Blizzard Bash.  Instead we will order shirts with the Glacial Ridge logo on the front and just a small phrase on the back.  Please see Hollywood if interested in a shirt so we can order appropriate amounts.
  • Due to scheduling conflicts at Rooney's we will be holding our November meeting at 4pm on Saturday the 5th.

Open Discussion:
  • It is the time of year again when we get to scare children for fun and their parents won't get mad.  Val's family will be doing the haunted hayride again this year on Saturday October 22nd.  You must be able to commit to being there from at least 7:30pm to 10:30pm, but help will be needed all day for set up and prep.  Sign up sheet passed around.

Motion to adjourn made by Vonnie, seconded by Mark, and passed by oral vote.
Meeting adjourned at 6:41pm.
